Mechanical Design and Construction Management Services for AYSEL A.S.

Hotel has a total construction area of 38 000 m2. It consists of 290 Guestrooms, 2 Restaurants, 2 Bars, Cafe, Indoor Swimming Pool, Sauna, Fitness Center, Turkish Bath, Tennis Courts, Sport Center, Ballroom for 400 People, 3 Meeting Rooms, Retail Shops, Night Club, Disco and Car Parking. The project was completed on turn-key basis by the General Contractor AYSEL A.S.

Construction Design and Construction Management Services consist of the following equipment and systems:

  • Heating Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC),
  • HVAC Controls and Building Automation System (BAS),
  • Plumbing and Sanitary installation,
  • Water Treatment Station,
  • Firefighting system,
